Human Resources is excited to introduce Workforce Management<\/strong> (WFM), our new time and attendance system designed to simplify and streamline how employees and supervisors manage time and time-off needs. WFM includes functionalities for scheduling, time tracking, and managing employee attendance. The WFM is part of the UKG Pro\u00ae suite, providing tools for improving and streamlining operational efficiencies. The goal of Workforce Management is to create a consistent, efficient, and transparent process that supports both employees and supervisors. By improving how time and attendance are managed, we aim to reduce errors, save time, and support a more responsive and organized workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
