Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 14 and ends Wednesday, November 30. The benefit elections you make during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2023.
All benefit-eligible employees must complete their Open Enrollment benefit elections online via UKG Self-Service.
Open Enrollment elections are in effect for the entire calendar year unless you experience an IRS “qualifying event” such as a change in marital status, birth/adoption of a child for example. Any qualifying event change must be completed with the Department of Human Resources within 31 days of the event. Refer to Notice of Special Enrollment Rights for additional information.
