The Honors School hosted its annual Senior Honors Awards Banquet in Wilson Hall for graduating seniors and their parents. During the event, Dean Mezey presented awards to several students for outstanding work on their thesis projects. Winners were selected by members of the Honors Advisory Council who carefully reviewed and considered all eligible theses.  The committee chose three winners and four students’ work was given honorable mention honors.

Additionally, former Honors School Dean Dr. Walter Greason was honored with the Outstanding Service Award for 2019.  Graduate Harry Termyna ’19 was selected to receive the Dr. William P. Mitchell Excellence in Honors Award for his contributions during his years as a member of the Honors School.

Spring 2019 Honors School Student Research Conference

During Monmouth’s Scholarship Week, the Honors School hosted its Spring 2019 Research Conference, featuring thirty-two thesis presentations from our students.

April 7-11, 2019

Dean Nancy Mezey, Director Reenie Menditto, and fourteen Honors School students traveled to Baltimore, MD to represent Monmouth University at the 2019 Northeast Regional Honors Council (NRHC) Conference.  Click here to visit the photo gallery to see images from the event.
