Fulfilling her dream in helping people achieve their goals, and live a healthier, happier lifestyle, Lauren interned at Fit For You in Harrisburg, PA during her Junior year at Monmouth. She had the chance to personal train clients from different backgrounds, medical conditions, and physical activity levels. Shortly after graduating, she passed her ACE Personal Training Certification, to help pursue her career goals.
Lauren began her full-time job with the United States Navy during July of 2017. As the military liaison on base, Lauren spends her days training military personnel about the importance of functional fitness. Some of her main tasks involve making sure the sailors stay physically fit for mission readiness, conducting Command PTs, and overseeing semi-annual PRT testing.
