She\u00a0won\u00a0the 2012 Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, a Los Angeles Ovation Award and Drama Critics Circle Award for her play,\u00a0<em>The Nether<\/em>, which is a haunting exploration of the consequences of living out our darkest desires online.
