SUMMARY:Professional Counseling Home Study Programs Available Online
DESCRIPTION:Monmouth University’s Department of Professional Counseling is pleased to offer two home study programs (webinars) in summer 2020 on the following topics: \n\nAn Introduction to Motivational Interviewing: Basic Principles and Practical Applications\nMedical Trauma: Emotional Implications and Crisis Intervention\n\nEvent Details\nThese programs are conducted online via MU’s learning management system\, eCampus. They will be open for registration and completion until August 14\, 2020. \nEach program is two (2) NBCC credentialed continuing education hours which can be used towards the professional development requirements for NJ licensed counselors\, social workers\, and alcohol & drug counselors. \nThe cost to register is $20 per program for MU Alumni and Counseling Professionals. \nParticipants must register online via this website\,  pcevents.monmouth.edu.
