They are frequently built up due to stress\, over-commitment\, and self-neglect. In this workshop\, hear from alumna and licensed psychotherapist\, Alaysha Prestia ’17 as she teaches you about evidence-based strategies to manage stress\, set boundaries\, and prevent burnout using cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques.

This mesmerizing work introduces us to Antoinette Cosway\, a sensual and protected young woman who is sold into marriage to the prideful Mr. Rochester.
