The Collections/Student Loans Department assists students with outstanding loan balances. They monitor and accept payments for delinquent tuition accounts. The department staff manages the Federal Perkins Loan program and the Monmouth University Loan Fund. They also conduct loan exit interviews and provide debt counseling for accounts in good standing.
