(See &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/disability-services\/faculty-members\/the-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Laws<\/a>&#8220;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><a href=\"#top\">Top of Page<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a name=\"2\"><\/a><br><strong>Is there a different application process for admission of students with disabilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prospective students must meet all criteria for admission as established by the Office of Undergraduate or Graduate Admission. It is illegal for the admission office to ask about disability status. It&nbsp;is a one-credit elective course geared toward incoming first year student with disabilities. The course assists students in transitioning from High School to Higher Education.
