More information about handicapped placards can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/mupd\/parking-registration\/handicapped-parking-permits\/\">MUPD website<\/a> or via phone at <a href=\"tel:+17325714444\">732-571-4444<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all other inquiries, please note that parking permits are issued based upon availability.
