Jennifer Whytlaw, Ph.D. and GISP, Instructor of GIS and Marine Spatial Planning – A certified GIS Professional (GISP) with over 13 years of experience in private sector and academic settings developing and using GIS tools and applications in environmental, health, resilience, emergency planning, and transportation projects. Professor Whytlaw brings the latest knowledge of marine spatial planning to her upcoming class on Marine Applications of GIS (GIS 336). She has also taught Maps and Mapping (GO 125), in addition to teaching Introduction to GIS to planning and public policy graduate students at Rutgers University, Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
