Professor Gottshall has worked in various fields within the fields of health and fitness over the past 9 years. She worked as a personal trainer at the YMCA, Assistant Fitness Director at Fort Bliss and personal trainer to the soldiers, Health Educator and Interim Director at the Army Wellness Center at Fort Bliss, and now as a Disability Case Manager.

Jennifer also teaches a Contemporary Health Issues course at Middlesex County College as well as the personal trainer course for WITS at Essex County College.

She looks at health issues with a “public health eye,” but more importantly, with a compassionate heart. Jennifer believes everybody deserves to live a healthy and happy life. Teaching is her passion and she hopes to share her love of all-encompassing wellness.
