Daun T. Ward is a doctoral candidate in New Jersey City University’s Ed.D. Educational Technology and Leadership program. She is currently serving as a specialist adjunct instructor for NJCU in addition to conducting and writing her dissertation study on the topic of the edTPA implementation at an urban institution of higher education in the state of New Jersey.
Since 2008, Ms. Ward has been an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University, in the School of Education, for the Departments of Educational Leadership, Early Childhood, as well as Curriculum and Instruction. Since the fall of 2014, she has been a member of Monmouth University’s Clinical Faculty supervising student teachers and early field placement teacher candidates.
Beginning the fall of 2015, she became a part of Rutgers University’s Clinical Faculty supervising student teachers for the Graduate School of Education. From 1990-2005, Ms. Ward was a Middle school ELA/History teacher and Elementary World Language teacher in the Jackson Township School District.
