Carolyn A. Bradley holds a Ph.D. and M.S.W. from Fordham University, as well as LCSW and LCADC licenses. Her dissertation topic was women’s experiences in A.A. She earned her B.A. in sociology from the College of St. Elizabeth.

Bradley has 30 years of clinical experience in individual, group, and family therapy with a specialty in addiction recovery and a subspecialty in lesbian/gay/ issues. She continues to maintain a small private practice.

Teaching areas include clinical, spirituality, and addictions in the Clinical Practice with Families and Children track. Research interests are in aging in the LGBT community, and in A.A., spirituality and women.

Personal interests include Irish culture and history, theater, and travel. Bradley is also an ordained Deacon in the Episcopal Church and serves a local parish on weekends.
