The Department provides students with a liberal arts and social science education and a balanced perspective on the study and practices of the Criminal Justice and Homeland Security disciplines. Students benefit from experienced faculty who have worked as researchers, law enforcement officials, prosecutors, court officials, and military officers who leverage their&nbsp;professional skill sets as impassioned teachers and mentors.
