Please send us any recipes to s0930498@monmouth.edu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-0j2tc\">We really appreciate your help!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-z3pfj\">Here is a list of items commonly found in food pantries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-u80gk\"><strong>Meats <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packaged and canned beef stew <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canned tuna <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canned white meat chicken <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canned pink salmon <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canned chili with beans <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frozen meats: breaded chicken strips, hamburger meat, sausage, fish, chicken patties \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Most food banks do not have these items, but some do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ou5ga\"><strong>Vegetables <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Canned vegetables: currently diced carrots and a mix of potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, celery, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seasonal fresh vegetables: currently tomatoes, spaghetti squash, lettuce, varies by NJ growing season <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typical fresh vegetables: celery, potatoes, onions, carrots<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-kral7\"><strong>Fruit &amp; Juice <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jellied cranberry sauce (Not seasonal!
