The Center serves as a professional development resource for all faculty members throughout the lifespan of the career.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">Connect with CETL to&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">learn about and adapt innovative and impactful, research-based pedagogies to your teaching;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">strengthen and expand your scholarship;<br>\n<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">develop skills as an advisor, mentor and leader;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">connect with colleagues to foster collaborations; and,<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">advance the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) through conducting and disseminating research on teaching in your discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">CETL partners with faculty, administrative units, and teacher-scholars from around the world to advance Monmouth&#8217;s strategic plan for providing our students with:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">an intellectually challenging and rigorous academic experience;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">high impact and immersive learning; and<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-0\">important capacities for successful engagement in life beyond our campus community.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Monmouth University uses a secure intranet called the <em>my<\/em>MU portal to provide services to faculty.
