Every day is different from leading games and crafts to supporting homework, outdoor play, and exciting field trips.<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for children.<\/li>\n
  • Lead fun activities including games, arts & crafts, STEM projects, sports, and outdoor play.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate programming.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise children during daily activities, field trips, and special events.<\/li>\n
  • Encourage positive behavior and model the YMCA’s core values of\u00a0Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, organized program space.<\/li>\n
  • Complete attendance, incident reports, and other required documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Work collaboratively with the Site Coordinator and fellow staff members.<\/li>\n
  • Attend staff meetings and required professional development trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
