Job Summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n

West Fort Worth Management (WFWM) is recruiting Inbound Marketing Implementation Specialists<\/strong> to join our team. This role is part of WFWM\u2019s broader mission to train and equip the next generation of conservative leaders in marketing, technology, and campaign strategy.<\/p>\n

As an Inbound Marketing Implementation Specialist, you\u2019ll help bridge digital marketing strategy and marketing automation \u2014 contributing to real-world client projects, learning how inbound funnels drive engagement, and supporting data-driven efforts that directly impact campaign and organizational success.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of inbound marketing systems within the Campaign Nucleus platform.<\/li>\n
  • Configure and test marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and CRM integrations.<\/li>\n
  • Assist in developing and launching inbound campaigns, including landing pages, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct performance tracking and provide insights to improve conversion and engagement.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and client success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.<\/li>\n
  • Optional: Contribute to web content development, analytics dashboards, or campaign optimization projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Current college\/university students or recent graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business, Political Science, or related field preferred).<\/li>\n
    • Strong commitment to conservative values and mission-driven work.<\/li>\n
    • A desire to learn inbound marketing principles, digital funnels, or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML or marketing analytics is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • A fast learner who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
