We\u2019re hiring a Manager Trainee<\/strong> to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12\u201318 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.<\/p>\n

The starting wage for this position is $21\/hour + commission<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sales & Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support achievement of location sales goals<\/p>\n

Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores<\/p>\n

Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices<\/p>\n

Operations & Fleet Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control<\/p>\n

Assist with store operations and compliance<\/p>\n

Vehicle and Facility Care<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance<\/p>\n

Finance & Administration\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn finance processes and support deal completion<\/p>\n

Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics<\/p>\n

Leadership Development<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shadow and support management in daily operations<\/p>\n

Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching<\/p>\n

Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training<\/p>\n

Learn how role contributes to\/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Must be 20 years of age or older<\/p>\n

High School Diploma or equivalent required<\/p>\n

Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n

Strong computer and multitasking skills<\/p>\n

Excellent written and verbal communication<\/p>\n

Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow<\/p>\n

Exceptional time management skills<\/p>\n

Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed<\/p>\n
