Job Summary<\/strong><\/h4>\n

West Fort Worth Management (WFWM) is recruiting Data Analyst Interns<\/strong> to join our team. This internship is part of WFWM\u2019s broader mission to train and equip the next generation of conservative leaders in political consulting, campaign analytics, and data-driven strategy.<\/p>\n

As a Data Analyst Intern, you\u2019ll play a key role in turning complex datasets into actionable insights \u2014 driving decision-making across political, marketing, and business initiatives. You\u2019ll analyze voter and supporter data, campaign performance metrics, and marketing funnels, helping optimize strategies that directly impact campaign and organizational success.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Conduct data analysis<\/strong> across political, marketing, and business operations to identify trends, patterns, and insights.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports<\/strong> in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize KPIs and performance.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze marketing funnel metrics<\/strong>, such as lead conversion, audience engagement, and digital ad performance.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with teams to translate data into strategy<\/strong> \u2014 informing campaign, fundraising, and communications efforts.<\/li>\n
  • Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Optional: Contribute to automation and workflow improvements for reporting and analytics processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Current college\/university students or recent graduates (Data Analytics, Political Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred).<\/li>\n
    • Strong commitment to Christian conservative values and mission-driven work.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers and data-driven insights.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Excel<\/strong>, Google Sheets<\/strong>, and familiarity with Power BI<\/strong>, Tableau<\/strong>, or similar BI tools.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of political data, voter files, or digital campaign analytics (a plus).<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to apply analytics to real-world political and marketing challenges.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
