Do you enjoy talking to people and want your effort to directly impact your income?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eazzy Consulting is hiring motivated Telemarketers \/ Appointment Setters<\/strong> to join our growing team in Flushing, Queens.<\/p>\n<p>This is a <strong>phone-first sales role<\/strong>. You\u2019ll contact business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, introduce our financing solutions, identify their needs, and pass qualified prospects to our sales managers and consultants to close.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$17\/hour base + <strong>uncapped commission &amp; bonuses<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>Company-provided leads, call lists &amp; scripts<\/li>\n<li>Full training provided<\/li>\n<li>No finance experience required<\/li>\n<li>200\u2013300+ outbound calls\/day<\/li>\n<li>Growth opportunities within the company<\/li>\n<li>On-site team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make high-volume outbound calls<\/li>\n<li>Generate interest and pre-qualify funding needs<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments and follow up with leads<\/li>\n<li>Hand qualified prospects to the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Track calls and results in our CRM<\/li>\n<li>Meet daily\/weekly performance goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year outbound sales\/telemarketing experience required<\/li>\n<li>Confident, energetic, and comfortable on the phone<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and persuasion skills<\/li>\n<li>Motivated, competitive, and able to handle rejection<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using CRM systems and computers<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English\/Mandarin\/Korean\/Spanish is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You don&#8217;t need to close the deal \u2014 your job is to create the opportunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The more you call, the more opportunities you create.
