Start your summer with a dedicated orientation session alongside your fellow interns. Where you\u2019ll get to dive head-first into our culture at RBI, learn more about our business, brands and strategic plans, and get some RBI-specific skills training to set you up for your summer ahead.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Project Ownership<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll be matched to a strategic project<\/strong> sponsored by senior leadership, areas like Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement & more! \u00a0

These aren\u2019t side projects. They\u2019re high-impact, business-critical initiatives<\/strong>. Your ideas will help shape how we serve guests, grow revenue, and optimize operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mentorship & Development<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

Throughout your internship, you\u2019ll be assigned a buddy who\u2019s been in your shoes as an intern, get regular coaching and feedback from your project manager, and have opportunities for networking through leadership lunch & learns and social events.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Final Presentation<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n

To wrap up your internship, you\u2019ll present your project findings and recommendations to your department and senior leadership \u2014 showcasing the strategy, results, and business impact of your work.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In an undergraduate program with a graduation date between Dec 2027 \u2013 June 2028<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

From any major \u2014 we welcome diverse academic backgrounds (Business, Marketing, Economics, STEM, Hospitality etc.)\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily\u00a0<\/p>\n
