You\u2019ll create an environment where families feel heard, supported, and inspired to succeed alongside their little ones.<strong>\u00a0This role supports sites in the Western Suburbs (Melrose Park &amp; Maywood areas), with the home office located in Matteson, IL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with families<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Plan and host fun, family-friendly events and workshops\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Act as a go-to resource for families, offering guidance and support\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our Head Start team to ensure children and families are thriving<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Share your creativity and passion to create a welcoming environment for everyone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A friendly, energetic person who enjoys connecting with others<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Experience working with families and\/or children (preferred, but not required)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A team player who\u2019s ready to bring their ideas and enthusiasm to the table<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0An open heart, a positive attitude, and a love for making the world a little brighter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The \u201cCredentials\u201d Fun Part:<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0A bachelor&#8217;s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or Psychology<\/li>\n<li>Two years of experience as a caseworker or similar position\u202f<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0A genuine desire to connect with families and support their success<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Creativity and problem-solving skills are a must \u2013 we want to hear your fresh ideas!<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0Bilingual?
