Insight FS has 430+ employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 50,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, agri-finance, precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and turf. Insight\u00a0FS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trains under the Marketing Manager as the Communications and Design Intern, assisting with a range of Marketing and Communications functions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in multimedia production, including video storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.<\/li>\n<li>Capture and edit photography for events, campaigns, and promotional content.<\/li>\n<li>Design digital and print materials, such as graphics, brochures, and social media visuals, ensuring brand consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Support communications projects by creating engaging content for web, social media, and internal audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Follows GROWMARK\u2019s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Performs all other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Must be pursuing a marketing, agriculture, or related degree at a 4-year university with the status of at least a second semester junior or first semester senior in good academic standing at time the internship begins.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrates ability to work independently.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Must have and maintain a valid driver&#8217;s license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK\u2019s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the positi<\/p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity\/Disabled\/Protected Veteran Employer.
