You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. <strong>(July 2026 Cohort)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every day you will integrate our mission, vision, and values, prioritizing patient-centered care, taking ownership, and collaborating effectively with your team. You will actively engage in clinical performance improvement and ensure patient safety.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not just starting a nursing job, you\u2019re joining a community that\u2019s here to support you every step of the way. Through our National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP), newly licensed RNs are welcomed into a 12-month, evidence-based experience designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your skills, and feel truly prepared from day one.<\/p>\n<p>We are offering a <i>sign on bonus up to $15,000 depending on shift<\/i> to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
