Job Summary<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>
The goal for his internship is to understand the structure of New York Habitat’s Social Media Marketing and Listing department. <\/strong>The intern will be able to handle new challenges and develop one\u2019s social media and marketing skills, as well as photography and videography skills. Through this program, you will also become more efficient in your work organization and time management, while contributing to the management of online communities and blog articles project.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties Social<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0
Media Marketing department\u00a0
\u2022 Learn about Real Estate and Social Media marketing techniques.\u00a0
\u2022 Contribute to the management of online communities, Twitter, blogs, etc.\u00a0
\u2022 Assist the Marketing Department to write direct Social Media posts and creating engagement on Twitter.\u00a0
\u2022 Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage Social Media activities (online Marketing Research).\u00a0
\u2022 Participate to the blog articles project.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Listing Department<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0
\u2022 Receive mentorship from our experienced real estate photographers and videographers\u00a0
\u2022 Learn more about the techniques behind apartment videography\u00a0
\u2022 Go on location for scheduled appointments at real estate locations to shoot apartment videos\u00a0
\u2022 Learn how to shoot apartment walkthrough following NYH\u2019s brand requirements\u00a0
\u2022 Be available for 2 to 4 shoots per week\u00a0
\u2022 Assess quality of contracted shoots and receive feedback from experienced\u00a0
\u2022 photographers and videographers\u00a0
\u2022 Be willing to occasionally assist in minor decluttering\/staging of the apartments\u00a0
\u2022 Collaborate with agents, owners and renters on property shoots\u00a0
\u2022 Arrive to scheduled appointments prepared and on time\u00a0
\u2022 Adjust camera settings (when needed) to handle various lighting environments \u2022 Prepare and perform assignments in an organized manner\u00a0
\u2022 Learn how to edit videos following requirements and format\u00a0<\/p>\n

Performance Standards<\/u>\u00a0<\/strong>
\u2022 Based on New York Habitat\u2019s quality standards for the Product Management, student will be trained and taught by real estate instructors and Social Media Marketing Department.\u00a0
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Participate to classes with regards to the organization of the company and the current state of laws surrounding real estate marketing.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Learn how to communicate with owners and clients on an international level.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Have hands on training and receive a manual and videos to understand the use of New York Habitat\u2019s own database.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Learn how to write daily and weekly reports for the assessment of his\/her progress.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Polish your organizational and time management skills.\u00a0
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Learn about Real Estate and Social Media marketing techniques.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Currently a student taking up a bachelor\u2019s degree in either Business, Real Estate, Marketing\/Social Media, or related fields\u00a0

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Has deep knowledge of social media tools and proficiency in use of major social networks and online communities\u00a0
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Can attain Academic Credits for the internship\u00a0
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Can work remotely\u00a0
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0o Attention to detail\u00a0
