Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Intern \u2014 Summer<\/h2>\n

Harrison Richards is a boutique real estate company in Ardmore, PA, seeking a Real Estate Marketing & Leasing Intern<\/strong> for the summer. This on-site position<\/strong> offers hands-on experience in marketing, leasing, resident relations, and business analysis.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll work closely with our team on marketing and leasing initiatives<\/strong>, including content creation, property tours, and a special strategic initiatives. Projects may include evaluating our go-to-market strategy, improving our visibility in AI search, benchmarking competitors, analyzing resident satisfaction and retention, or developing data-driven approaches to improve leasing and renewal decisions.<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities and Skills<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \nSupport the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in<\/strong> \u2014 respond to prospective residents by phone, email, video, and in person; schedule and conduct tours.<\/li>\n
  • \nCreate photo, video, and written content<\/strong> for our website, TikTok, and Instagram.<\/li>\n
  • \nStrengthen our online presence<\/strong> across WordPress, Zillow, Apartments.com, ChatGPT and Gemini.<\/li>\n
  • \nMaintain relationships with current residents<\/strong> and support resident retention.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to a strategic project.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • A current college student with an interest in marketing, business, real estate, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Experience using Microsoft Office and creating content for TikTok and Instagram. Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop, is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with others.<\/li>\n
    • Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Curious, dependable, and eager to learn and take initiative.<\/li>\n
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
