Over the course of 10 weeks, you&#8217;ll be embedded within a team, own meaningful work, and develop a practical understanding of how Panera operates, innovates, and serves guests every day.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Team opportunities could include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Operations<\/li>\n<li>Transformation<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Designed as a key pipeline into Panera&#8217;s Starter Leadership Development Program and future Support Center (Corporate) opportunities, this internship is a career launching experience!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Panera Intern, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to day-to-day business priorities within your assigned function<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges<\/li>\n<li>Develop recommendations and insights that support business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Build an understanding of Panera&#8217;s operations, culture, and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Participate in leadership development and professional learning experiences<\/li>\n<li>Complete a case study project alongside an Executive Sponsor and present recommendations to our top leaders at the conclusion of the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Intern Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Panera Internship Program is designed to provide a meaningful and challenging experience through a combination of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Real Business Impact: <\/strong>Work on projects that contribute directly to Panera&#8217;s business objectives and support the priorities of your team.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Professional Development:<\/strong> Participate in structured learning focused on business acumen, communication, leadership, and career readiness.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Leader Exposure:<\/strong> Learn from Panera leaders through executive sessions, networking events, and career conversations.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Coaching &amp; Feedback: <\/strong>Receive ongoing support from your manager, program team, and business leaders throughout the summer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in an accredited university with an expected graduation date in June 2028<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work full-time throughout the 10-week internship program<\/li>\n<li>Authorization to work in the United States without immigration related support or sponsorship from Panera in order to begin the program or continue employment in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred<\/li>\n<li>Interest in pursuing a career in business, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership experience through work, student organizations, athletics, volunteerism, or other experiences<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt, take feedback, and work effectively with diverse teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Gain<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meaningful project experience with measurable business impact<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Panera leaders and cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and professional skill development<\/li>\n<li>Coaching, mentorship, and career guidance<\/li>\n<li>Networking opportunities across the organization<\/li>\n<li>A deeper understanding of Panera&#8217;s business and culture<\/li>\n<li>Consideration for future opportunities, including Panera&#8217;s Starter Leadership Development Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The application review process will run on a rolling basis from September \u2013 October 2026 and the selection process includes:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Application Submission<\/li>\n<li>Skills Assessment<\/li>\n<li>Recruiter Interview<\/li>\n<li>Functional Interview<\/li>\n<li>Offer Decision<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Panera?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Panera, every role contributes to creating great experiences for our guests, associates, and communities.
