This role combines clinical excellence, team coordination, community partnership, and leadership to help ensure students have access to high-quality healthcare services where they need them most.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily clinic operations, staff workflows, and patient care activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide direct nursing support and assist providers in delivering exceptional care.<\/li>\n<li>Foster strong partnerships with school personnel, families, and community organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Support quality improvement initiatives, compliance efforts, and program performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Lead team huddles, coordinate outreach events, and contribute to the continued growth of our school-based health services.<\/li>\n<li>Help create a positive, collaborative environment focused on improving the health and well-being of students and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>What You&#8217;ll Bring<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Kentucky RN license.<\/li>\n<li>BSN with 3 years of nursing experience, or ADN with 5 years of related nursing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>A passion for community health, collaboration, and serving children and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Why HealthFirst Bluegrass?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>At HealthFirst Bluegrass, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community.
