Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Part-Time Nights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Schedule<\/strong>: Part Time | 24 hours per week | 6:30pm-7:00am | No Scheduling Mandation
Pay Range: <\/strong>$22.50 – $26.21\/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40\/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
Shift Premiums: <\/strong>2:30 pm – 10:30 pm $ 1.00 | 10:31 pm – 7:00 am $ 0.75 | Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00

What You\u2019ll Do in This Role:<\/strong>
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)<\/strong> in our skilled nursing community, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

  • \nProvide Hands-On Care \u2013<\/strong> Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.<\/li>\n
  • \nSupport Mealtime\u2013 <\/strong>Help (residents or participants) enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.<\/li>\n
  • \nKeep Things Moving \u2013<\/strong> Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.<\/li>\n
  • \nPerform Vital Checks \u2013 <\/strong>Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake\/output.<\/li>\n
  • \nMaintain Comfort & Care \u2013 <\/strong>Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.<\/li>\n
  • \nProvide Responsive Support \u2013 <\/strong>Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.<\/li>\n
  • \nMonitor with Watchful Eyes \u2013 <\/strong>Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.<\/li>\n
  • \nDemonstrate Respect & Professionalism \u2013 <\/strong>Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<\/h2>\n

    A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification<\/strong> (a must!)
    Experience caring for the elderly? Awesome!<\/strong> If not, we\u2019ll teach you.
    The ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions<\/strong> like a pro.
    A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift, stand, bend, transfer, stretch, walk, push, and pull<\/strong> as needed.<\/p>\n
