This program offers a unique opportunity develop the skills needed to excel in a career at Huhtamaki. This internship is project-focused, allowing you to work closely with your manager on specific projects that drive our business forward. You will gain hands-on experience in our industry, an understanding of our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Directly interact with customers in various ways<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projects<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas to improve and streamline processes<\/li>\n<li>Interact with and learn from leaders throughout our company<\/li>\n<li>Engage in specialized training and development opportunities to learn about the industry<\/li>\n<li>Learn about sales, product management, and customer service role in various functional areas.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain valuable leadership experience to use throughout your career<\/li>\n<li>All other duties assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>Required<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working towards a Bachelor&#8217;s in a Business-related discipline\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Competence with Microsoft Office Applications and quick-witted with data management software<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in a career in sales or marketing<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Office environment.
