As a Registered Dietitian, you will complete nutritional assessments and work collaboratively with the care provider team. You will have the opportunity to interact with our residents and build meaningful relationships.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying and assessing the nutrition needs of the residents.<\/li>\n<li>Initiates interventions to achieve and maintain residents\u2019 nutritional status.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the development of planning the menus, following guidelines for each community\u2019s license and managing the menu management software.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provides education to patients, residents, staff and the public. Acts as a resource to the department and the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications Required<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed per state requirement, in good standing.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree from an accredited nutrition or dietetic program, and current registration in the American Dietetic Association or registry eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain continuing education credits as mandated by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.<\/li>\n<li>Service oriented with good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Functions as a team member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization who operates on our four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
