In the next year, we will release the first consumer neurotech device which transforms human life.<\/p>\n<p>This is the mission of our lives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to drive participant enrollment for our clinical studies, spanning both healthy volunteers and individuals with mental health conditions. You&#8217;ll help build and run the lead funnel, sourcing and converting candidates through social and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vet incoming candidates against protocol criteria, confirming eligibility, compliance, and overall fit<\/p>\n<p>Run the booking calendar and lab capacity so the site operates smoothly and at full utilization<\/p>\n<p>Map referral sources: hospitals, clinics, community organizations\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Keep in touch with enrolled participants from intake through study completion, answering questions, building trust, and ensuring retention.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>How We Operate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re a fiercely motivated team here for one reason: we believe we can genuinely help people.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We need equally motivated individuals on our team.
