Under the supervision of the RN, provides direct and indirect nursing care that meets the physical and psychosocial needs of assigned patients. \u00a0Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility. \u00a0Communicates with physicians, nurse manager, co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient’s condition, including symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. \u00a0Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. \u00a0Is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.<\/p>\n
Graduate of approved school of nursing. \u00a0Current licensure as LPN in North Carolina.
