We are looking for a customer service guru to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nDuties:
– Greet and welcome patients, families and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs
– Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments
– Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information
– Assist with shuttle driving to and from area hospitals and meal pickup (our vans)\u00a0
– Collaborate with hospital social workers and care coordinators \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 – Housekeeping tasks to keep our facility clean and germ-free\u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
– Proficient in using Microsoft, Google Suite, and other office management software
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of phone systems and basic office procedures<\/p>\n
