The programs combine fun, enrichment, and real-world skill building through field trips, workshops, projects, and community-based experiences. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging afterschool program where young people build confidence, explore interests, and develop skills they can carry into school, work, and life.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Youth Programs Intern<\/strong> is a part-time, paid position that supports the day-to-day implementation of BHA\u2019s afterschool programming. Interns work directly with youth and under the supervision of the <strong>Youth Center Coordinator<\/strong>, while also collaborating with other members of the Youth Programs team.<\/p>\n<p>This role is hands-on and relationship-based.
