    What You’ll Do<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation<\/li>\n
    • Develop case strategy from initial filing through resolution<\/li>\n
    • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and appellate-quality legal briefs<\/li>\n
    • Conduct and defend depositions<\/li>\n
    • Manage written discovery and subpoenas<\/li>\n
    • Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials<\/li>\n
    • Work closely with experienced litigators while building your own practice skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We’re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      • Active California Bar license in good standing<\/li>\n
      • Litigation experience preferred (probate, trust, family law, civil litigation, or related practice areas)<\/li>\n
