You will turn complex, fast-moving opportunities into clean execution: sharp proposals, accurate sizing and pricing models, strong follow-through, and clear visibility across stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a pure sales role and not a pure strategy role. It is an execution-heavy role that sits at the intersection of proposals, program operations, and commercial analytics, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, reporting to the Executive for Strategy &amp; Partnerships.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Work On<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals and Commercial Support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft and iterate external-facing proposals, scope-of-work summaries, rate card packages, and supporting appendices.<\/li>\n<li>Convert calls and messy inputs into clear outputs: recap notes, follow-up emails, action trackers, and decision logs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clean document hygiene: versioning, change tracking, and single source of truth materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sizing, Pricing, and Analysis<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain Excel\/Sheets models that size and price programs.<\/li>\n<li>Sanity-check assumptions, formulas, and outputs to ensure they are defensible and internally consistent.<\/li>\n<li>Create concise &#8220;so what&#8221; summaries that help stakeholders understand scale and operational footprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Program Coordination<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep multi-threaded workstreams moving: timelines, dependencies, follow-ups, and meeting preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a lightweight pipeline view of active opportunities (stage, next action, owner, due date).<\/li>\n<li>Produce crisp weekly updates that are decision-oriented and action-focused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AI-First Execution<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use AI tools (Claude\/ChatGPT\/Gemini and similar) to accelerate drafting, synthesis, and structured analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Build reusable templates and workflows that increase speed and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Verify outputs rigorously, especially anything numerical or externally shareable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u20133 years&#8217; experience, or equivalent evidence of high-output execution.<\/li>\n<li>Someone humble, coachable, and willing to accelerate their career.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and synthesis: communicate clearly with clinical and executive stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort with modeling logic.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort using AI tools to move faster while maintaining quality and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who is a team player and is able to understand their strengths and weaknesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in consulting, project management, operations, or tech-enabled roles.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to healthcare.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with proposal workflows, contracting support, or procurement processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Style<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll thrive here if you are fast, structured, reliable, and calm under pressure.
