This internship offers a valuable opportunity to develop technical skills, work with experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world IT projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and configure new computer systems, including installation of operating systems and essential software.<\/li>\n<li>Provide friendly, professional customer service \u2014 communicating with clients about their devices, repair status, and basic troubleshooting steps.<\/li>\n<li>Support basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Document repair processes and troubleshooting steps for future reference.<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally travel to customer locations to assist with on-site repairs or setup (mileage reimbursed).<\/li>\n<li>Optional: assist with automation projects (e.g., workflow automation, chatbots, scripting, or process improvements) for those interested in expanding beyond repair work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current enrollment in a technical program (e.g., IT, Computer Science, or related field) or recent graduate is preferred, though we are open to other programs as long as the individual is passionate about computers.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of computer hardware and software; networking familiarity is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux) is required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical issues in plain language.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in automation, scripting, or workflow tools is a bonus but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible availability \u2014 we understand candidates may be balancing school.
