This part-time role includes assisting customers in our retail shop, leading Make + Take craft experiences, hosting birthday parties, and helping create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for guests of all ages. We&#8217;ll teach you the crafts&#8230;We need natural enthusiasm!<\/p>\n<h2>Description<\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for the kind of person who lights up a room!<\/p>\n<p>District DabbleLab is hiring enthusiastic, energetic team members who love talking with people, making kids laugh, helping families have an amazing experience, and jumping into whatever the day brings.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t your typical retail job. One hour you might be helping someone pick out the perfect gift, the next you&#8217;re cheering on a birthday party, assisting with a craft project, or helping guests create something they&#8217;ll be excited to take home.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re outgoing, dependable, love staying busy, and enjoy creating memorable experiences, we&#8217;d love to meet you.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing<\/h2>\n<p>Every shift is different, but you may:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome customers into our shop and studio with genuine enthusiasm.<\/li>\n<li>Help guests during our Make + Take crafting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Host birthday parties and celebrate alongside our guests.<\/li>\n<li>Lead games, encourage creativity, and keep the energy high.<\/li>\n<li>Help children feel included, confident, and excited.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers shopping in our retail store.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and reset party rooms and craft stations.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the studio organized, stocked, and looking beautiful.<\/li>\n<li>Jump in wherever help is needed to create an exceptional experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>You&#8217;re Probably a Great Fit If You&#8230;<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a warm, outgoing personality.<\/li>\n<li>Love talking with people of all ages.<\/li>\n<li>Can naturally entertain and engage a room full of kids.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy being active and staying busy throughout your shift.<\/li>\n<li>Are dependable and always ready to jump in.<\/li>\n<li>Notice what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.<\/li>\n<li>Stay positive and calm when things get busy.<\/li>\n<li>Believe no task is beneath you<\/li>\n<li>Work well as part of a close-knit team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You do not need to be an artist.\u00a0We&#8217;ll teach you everything you need to know about our projects.
