design needs while offering a great customer experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Build genuine relationships with new\/existing customers\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Schedule appointments for client design consultations\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Keep up to date on the selection of products &amp; services provided\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Measure spaces, estimate materials, product suggestions, present proposals, manage payments &amp; oversee project quality\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications &amp; availability\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Utilize social media platforms to build a network &amp; prospect for new business\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Keep the showroom clean, organized &amp; on trend\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Valid driver\u2019s license &amp; reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fundamental tech, social media &amp; math skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Positive, communicative &amp; motivated to help grow the business\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Critical thinking &amp; problem-solving abilities\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Personal &amp; professional judgment\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quick to help customers get what they need\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Organizational skills &amp; the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Time management skills &amp; detailed oriented\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Excellent interpersonal, verbal &amp; written communication skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of RFMS &amp;
