About the Role<\/h2>\n

We are looking for a thoughtful and curious Psychology & Child Development Intern to help us better understand and improve the experiences of the children and families we serve.<\/p>\n

You will work on meaningful projects spanning child development, family engagement, patient experience, clinical research, and program design. This is not a traditional observational internship. You will take ownership of real projects, work alongside company leadership, and help translate psychology and child-development principles into practical improvements across a growing pediatric healthcare organization.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n

Depending on your interests and experience, projects may include:<\/p>\n

Researching child development, pediatric therapy, behavioral health, and family-support practices<\/p>\n

Helping design resources and programs for children, parents, and caregivers<\/p>\n

Analyzing patient and family feedback to improve the care experience<\/p>\n

Supporting initiatives related to family engagement, patient retention, and clinical outcomes<\/p>\n

Developing educational content for The Pediatric Collective<\/p>\n

Evaluating new services, technologies, and evidence-based approaches<\/p>\n

Supporting partnerships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations<\/p>\n

Presenting findings and recommendations directly to company leadership<\/p>\n

Who Should Apply<\/h2>\n

We welcome undergraduate and graduate students studying:<\/p>\n

Psychology<\/p>\n

Child development<\/p>\n

Human development and family studies<\/p>\n

Education or special education<\/p>\n

Behavioral science<\/p>\n

Social work<\/p>\n

Neuroscience<\/p>\n

Public health<\/p>\n

Speech, occupational, or physical therapy<\/p>\n

Other related disciplines<\/p>\n

Prior healthcare experience is not required. We care more about intellectual curiosity, empathy, initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into action.<\/p>\n
