Key Responsibilities<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Conduct physical exams, compile medical histories, and implement treatment plans for both new and established patients.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Order and interpret diagnostic studies to ensure\u00a0accurate\u00a0and\u00a0timely\u00a0care.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and the road to recovery.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Provide preoperative and postoperative care in coordination with supervising physicians.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Participate in surgical procedures and provide intraoperative care in the OR as needed.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Maintain\u00a0accurate\u00a0and thorough medical records while ensuring compliance with practice guidelines.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Perform procedures and assessments with precision and professionalism, ensuring continuity of care.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What You Bring to the Team:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant \/ Nurse Practitioner program.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Board\u00a0certified\u00a0Virginia State License.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

BLS certification and commitment to maintaining CEUs in clinical practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or related fields (highly desired), though new graduates with a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Strong communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ability to work independently, respond effectively in emergency situations, and maintain professionalism at all times.\u00a0<\/p>\n
