Provides a prompt and professional member experience while focusing on building and enhancing member relationships to foster financial peace of mind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a part-time opportunity with flexible shifts to support extended weekday and weekend hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Available Shifts<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday \u2013 Friday: 2:00 PM \u2013 9:00 PM (preference for availability through close at 9:00 PM)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday: 7:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM (preference for availability through close at 7:00 PM)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunday: 9:00 AM \u2013 4:00 PM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><strong><u>\u00a0Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine member needs and educate them on appropriate beneficial products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Follow verification procedures to protect member data, accounts, and personal information to ensure accuracy and security.<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality service that exceeds members expectations by utilizing available resources to determine quick resolution and implementing creative problem-solving expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal and external departments to help resolve member inquires and issues to drive optimum resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the workflow or process is providing the best service to the members.<\/li>\n<li>Identify inconsistencies in account activity and take action to prevent potential fraud.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to check hold processes and procedures.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Process cash, check and transfer transactions for member accounts accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Video Teller scorecard requirements by meeting minimum performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Advocate, promote and create honest and open communication throughout the credit union.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with the credit union\u2019s values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.<\/li>\n<li>With proven performance and expertise in the role, will have the opportunity to become a peer mentor taking on additional responsibilities of assisting with onboarding, training, and coaching new team members;
