You will work with team members across different technical areas to plan projects, track progress, resolve blockers, and deliver technology solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internship Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unpaid<\/li>\n<li>20 hrs\/week, 6 month program<\/li>\n<li>Fully remote<\/li>\n<li>OPT\/CPT eligible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate technical projects from planning through delivery;<\/li>\n<li>Support teams with project planning, execution, testing, and deployment;<\/li>\n<li>Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables;<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve technical or operational blockers;<\/li>\n<li>Review technical work, applications, and project deliverables;<\/li>\n<li>Support cybersecurity, compliance, and organizational technology requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Use AI and automation tools to improve development and team productivity;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate project updates and recommendations to leadership;<\/li>\n<li>Lead team meetings, briefings, and technical discussions;<\/li>\n<li>Support and guide team members across different technical skill sets,<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear project documentation and communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous project or team leadership experience;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of SDLC and software development;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with one or more programming languages;<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with AWS and Google Workspace;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AI\/GenAI and AI development tools;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of testing, APIs, databases, or cloud technologies;<\/li>\n<li>Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance;<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Gain<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to gain hands-on experience coordinating technology projects across multiple technical disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on exposure to executive-level strategy and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible schedule and fully remote work environment.<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About PROJXON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PROJXON is a business optimization consulting company helping small and medium-sized organizations grow through technology-driven solutions.
