Position Summary
Francis Optimal Performance Chiropractic & The Spine Spa is seeking a friendly, energetic, and
dependable Spa Attendant to join our growing wellness team. This position plays an important
role in creating an exceptional patient experience by assisting with spa services, supporting
chiropractic care, maintaining a welcoming environment, and helping with daily office
operations.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for health and wellness, and
thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who is eager to
learn, highly organized, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Patient Experience
\u25cf Welcome patients and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
\u25cf Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
\u25cf Schedule chiropractic, massage therapy, and spa appointments while maximizing
provider schedules.
\u25cf Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
\u25cf Help patients complete necessary paperwork and answer general billing and insurance
questions.
\u25cf Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Spa & Wellness Services
\u25cf Provide hands-on vibration therapy treatments and other wellness services as trained.
\u25cf Educate patients on wellness equipment and spa services.
\u25cf Demonstrate prescribed therapeutic exercises under provider direction.
\u25cf Prepare treatment rooms between appointments.
\u25cf Ensure spa rooms remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
\u25cf Launder and restock linens, towels, and treatment supplies.
\u25cf Maintain beverage stations and patient comfort areas.<\/p>\n
Clinical Support
\u25cf Prepare heat and ice therapy for patients before chiropractic treatment.
\u25cf Assist providers with patient flow to keep appointments running on schedule.
\u25cf Offer compassionate assistance to patients experiencing discomfort or mobility
challenges.
\u25cf Participate in office emergency procedures when necessary.
Office Operations
\u25cf Restock supplements, retail products, and office supplies.
\u25cf Assist with inventory management and product displays.
\u25cf Maintain cleanliness throughout the office and spa.
\u25cf Assist the Practice Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
\u25cf Attend monthly staff meetings and training sessions.
\u25cf Support marketing events, wellness workshops, and community outreach activities when
needed.
\u25cf Assist other team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
Required
\u25cf High school diploma or GED.
\u25cf Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\u25cf Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\u25cf Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\u25cf Professional appearance and positive attitude.
\u25cf Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
\u25cf Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching.
\u25cf Reliable transportation.
Preferred
\u25cf Experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, spa, or healthcare.
\u25cf Medical office experience.
\u25cf Personal Training, Group Fitness, or Health & Wellness Certification.
\u25cf CPR\/First Aid Certification.
\u25cf Experience working in chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, or wellness
settings.

\u25cf Morning and evening shifts available
\u25cf Monday through Friday
\u25cf No weekends
\u25cf Occasional flexibility to assist with special events
Physical Requirements
\u25cf Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
\u25cf Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
\u25cf Ability to bend, reach, squat, and assist with light equipment setup.
\u25cf Comfortable demonstrating basic exercises and assisting patients with wellness
equipment.
