At SRMC, our CRNAs work independently to provide a full spectrum of anesthesia services. Enjoy a rotating schedule of 3 weeks on and 1 week off (13 weeks off per year)! We also provide an additional 2 weeks of PTO and 1 week of continuing medical education (CME). We offer a very competitive salary based on experience, call pay, incentive pay, and a comprehensive benefits and retirement package.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a full range of anesthesia services customarily provided by CRNAs.<\/li>\n<li>Cases include a mix of General, Endoscopy, Urology, Orthopedics, OB, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Podiatry.<\/li>\n<li>Provide services in the Emergency Department, as well as perform ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and central line placement.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct an anesthesia practice in accordance with the ethics of the nursing profession and in compliance with currently approved practices in the field of anesthesia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generous paid time off.<\/li>\n<li>Growing 401(k) retirement program up to 5% company match.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive dental and vision insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive dental, vision, disability, and accident insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance for critical illness, health, and life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>License as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska.<\/li>\n<li>Graduate of a Nurse Anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or its predecessor\u2019s certification examination.<\/li>\n<li>Prefer 3 years of clinical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Cardiac Life Support\/Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
