brands in Texas.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who is obsessed with social media, understands what makes content go viral, and gets excited about transforming beautiful wedding footage into content people can\u2019t stop watching.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re constantly saving Instagram Reels, analyzing TikTok trends, editing videos for fun, and have an eye for luxury aesthetics, we\u2019d love to meet you.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As our Luxury Wedding Content &amp; Social Media Intern, you\u2019ll work directly alongside our Founder and Social Media Manager to help execute our content strategy across Instagram and TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Content Editing &amp; Production (Primary Responsibility)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software<\/li>\n<li>Transform wedding footage into engaging, story-driven content<\/li>\n<li>Add captions, transitions, trending audio, graphics, and motion that align with our luxury brand<\/li>\n<li>Repurpose long-form footage into multiple pieces of content<\/li>\n<li>Organize content libraries for future use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with scheduling and publishing content across Instagram and TikTok<\/li>\n<li>Write engaging captions and help optimize hashtags and keywords<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach<\/li>\n<li>Research trends and identify opportunities to capitalize on viral moments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spend dedicated time each day engaging with potential clients and industry professionals<\/li>\n<li>Respond to comments and DMs when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Engage with luxury wedding vendors, venues, photographers, influencers, and ideal clients<\/li>\n<li>Help grow our online community through intentional engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Live Wedding &amp; Event Content (if Houston based)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend select weddings, styled shoots, networking events, and behind-the-scenes production days<\/li>\n<li>Capture behind-the-scenes content on iPhone<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside photographers, videographers, and content creators<\/li>\n<li>Identify moments that will translate into compelling social content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Creative Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with brainstorming weekly content ideas<\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of Instagram and TikTok trends<\/li>\n<li>Bring fresh ideas for viral concepts, storytelling formats, and educational content<\/li>\n<li>Assist with planning monthly design, or lifestyle brands<\/li>\n<li>Is constantly consuming Instagram Reels and TikTok<\/li>\n<li>Understands what makes people stop scrolling<\/li>\n<li>Has a strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Is excited to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment<\/li>\n<li>Isn\u2019t afraid to share creative ideas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience creating and editing social media content<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CapCut (required) and\/or Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Canva<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation within the Houston area for occasional event coverage<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends during wedding season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience growing a personal or business social media account<\/li>\n<li>Photography or videography experience<\/li>\n<li>Graphic design experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Later, Metricool, Planoly, or similar scheduling
