We are no stranger to these platforms: we have tens of millions of combined views, and are looking for an intern to help us further expand. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing brand and make an impact in the education and admissions industry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Content Creation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop engaging, on-brand content for TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage trending sounds, memes, and hashtags to create viral content.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in designing graphics, editing videos, and creating captions that drive engagement using Canva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campaigns aligned with Ivy Brothers\u2019 voice and mission.<\/li>\n<li>Research trends and competitor strategies to maintain relevance and innovate content.<\/li>\n<li>Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with followers by responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and engaging community around Ivy Brothers\u2019 brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to promote solid performers to leadership positions within the marketing intern team, to help manage other interns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Passion for Social Media:<\/strong> Proficient in TikTok and Instagram, with a strong understanding of their features, trends, and algorithms.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Creativity:<\/strong> Ability to develop compelling, innovative content ideas. We try to stray away from cookie cutter content. Instead, we make content that gives people real, high-level and relevant insights, hot takes, and content that makes people want to engage.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Video Editing Skills:<\/strong> Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Strong Communication:<\/strong> Excellent writing and storytelling skills to craft engaging captions and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Analytical Mindset:<\/strong> Basic understanding of social media analytics and ability to track performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Self-Motivated:<\/strong> Proactive and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
